Psychic powers: Fulgur has the ability to sightjack. This lets him see through the eyes of a chosen
indvidual for a period of time.

Quirk: He capitalizes all his "o"'s and always adds two of them to kind of look like wide eyes

Your name is Fulgur Furtim
You love all things to do with ESPIONAGE and fancy yourself as quite the SPY. You love to do all the
things a spy would do such as HIDING and WATCHING PEOPLE. This has earned you some
UNSATISFACTORY nicknames but it doesn't stop you doing what you LOVE. Your hive or COMMAND
CENTER as you call it is full of INFORMATION you've collected on your TARGETS. You strongly dislike
your ANNOYING lusus who gives away your position every time you're on a MISSION. Yes it is most
definitely your LUSUS who gives away your position and not the INTENSELY bright shock rod you carry
around. The only thing you LIKE about your lusus is his ability to CHARGE up your shock rod.
You have a bit of a TEMPER which particularly shows when you've been FOUND out. You are a SPY after
all and spies are never CAUGHT or so you think. You are also quite PARANOID and constantly have your
guard up as you think everyone is PLOTTING something against you. For this reason you have taken up the
hobby of constructing BOOBY TRAPS and setting them up all around and inside your hive. It seems you
have gone too far though as there is so MANY you've lost track of how many times you've NEARLY set them
off yourself. You sometimes wonder how your hive hasn't been BLOWN to bits yet. You are quite content
with being a LOWBLOOD as this just means you are another inconspicuous NUMBER in the system and
makes blending in easy. Your quadrants are all empty because you are HIGHLY distrustful of everyone and
everything.

And that's it! He's still a work in progress as I might change some things, I'm not really happy with his quirk. He's based on a tesla coil hence the way his horns look, his symbol and the whole electricity theme.
